This strategic integration is expected to accelerate Stakelogic’s expansion in regulated markets worldwide.
The partnership brings together two powerhouses from the gaming world, promising an era of enhanced innovation and broader market reach. Last year Stakelogic announced a definitive agreement for its acquisition by Japanese entertainment conglomerate SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS INC. This transaction, facilitated through SEGA SAMMY’s wholly owned subsidiary SEGA SAMMY CREATION INC., involves an upfront enterprise value of €130 million, along with additional earnout payments contingent upon achieving specific performance targets.
