Playtech And WVU Launch Responsible Gambling Research

Playtech has entered into a partnership with West Virginia University to support research focused on player behavior and responsible gambling within the state’s regulated gaming environment. The research initiative will combine the university’s access to gambling data with Playtech’s analytical tools. West Virginia University already maintains an exclusive partnership with the West Virginia Lottery Commission. This arrangement allows the Center for Gaming Research and Development to access anonymized player data from licensed operators across the state.
