The studio’s office is set in Kyiv, Ukraine, and the brand belongs to an established network of BETER — a company that specializes in live betting and casino services. Beter Live is led by Anna Vikmane, a veteran of the industry and a person that once started as a live dealer herself, and then proceeded to work for Playtech and GVC.

The setting that Beter Live provides for its games deserves some attention. All of the tables are located within one minimalistic, custom-built studio, yet per each release, there are no other tables in the background, and the players will only hear indistinct chatter of other dealers. The uniforms and studio colors are black, which creates a very classy picture.

The dealers are chatty and friendly. Not only are they not formal, commenting only on the beginning of rounds, bets, and outcomes, but the croupiers will go out of their way to create the proper gaming and entertaining mood. This adds to the overall experience in a positive way.

The dealers narrate in English and Russian, among other languages. The interface can be adapted to a number of languages.
