I like the casino because of the slots and bonuses. The website is clear and beautiful. Unfortunately, not all providers are available for germany and if you want to close your account, you have to contact customer service and they stall you for a very long time, begging you to stay. The casino does not think much of player protection when it does everything to keep the player and you have to discuss over 20 minutes with the support about self exclusion.

I played with few deposits here but didnt win and didnt like the fact that my documents are approved( I can see that in my profile) but account status is not verified. So I have no idea thats wrong. So of course I stopped to deposit. I prefer similar Fresh Casino.

Totally incorrect. Try my second withdrawal, got from them first that they need to additional verification, so i provided to them video! of myself, after that they state that they check me unfair gambling which can take up to 31 calendar days. I have placed at them about 10-15 single bets with 40-50 EUR, dont know what to check on this. Also, if you try to close your account, they dont do that, they say if you have pending withdrawal the account cannot deleted. They stated too, that if you delete your account they just simply keep your money so they wont pay you out which is totally illegal. I see in front of myself their answer: “T&C 8.20, company has the right to withhold the withdrawal until blablabla”. We know it, see it, its just not fair to the players creating bullshit excuses to not pay out and always referring to unfair T&C. Dont play at them, fully unfair.

Well I believe I tried them once or twice, once with deposit myself and once with an ocassional bonus.

Rememeber hitting the balance of few times of my initial deposit thanks to a couple of bonuses/free spins that I hit but never managed to cashout anything.

Well, they got pretty nice bonuses for start (couple of first deposits and can take 100% money to your deposit or you can choose grab some amount of spins.
