Although it acts like a bank to an extent, the statements I received are based upon my prepaid Mastercard number not an account number. The verification team are very stringent and impossible to reason with in this regard and made it impossible for me to verify myself because they demanded I have a account number on a prepaid Mastercard account which is not a bank account and they couldn’t comprehend the concept. So eventually just stopped thinking I could deposit here because I got obviously can never be verified. Experienced a similar issue with bit stars who eventually decided to waive the expectation considering it was a prepaid Mastercard account and not a bank account. Fortune play however did not have any ability to see reason. So I boycotted them for a lack of ability to withdraw

I agree, they state its up to 24 hours, I’m at 31 hours now waiting, Forums need to start lowering the ratings of casinos that state 24 hours but always take much longer.
