I decided to play and put $10 for the free spins , i ended up winning $300, so my boyfriend decided je wanted to play.
Since i didn’t know if thos was allowed, I contacted live chat to ask. Their answer was yes i could have multiple (i have the screen shots of ower discution)
So my boyfriend opens an account deposits $10 and plays he loses.
I end up winning $3000 and decide to play $1000 more.
Finally i decide to transfer $2000 to my bank account which takes 2 days.
The next day i try to enter my account but it is blocked .
I contact an agent on live chat and they tell me to contact the risk department which i do.
There reponse is that i was blocked and my winnings confiscated because i had to accounts. I explain to them that they are the one who told me it was ok , i even sent them the print screen of ower conversation.
Their answer was ” i am sorry for the confusion but your winning are still confiscated” but if you wish you can play on your open account.
They closed my account with my $2000 winning but kept my boyfriends account openned.
I was misled it was their mistake and they won’t take responsibly for their a action.
I won the $2000 i did not cheat nor frauded. I was misled in the information given , was it on purpose , i have no idea. But they knew that if 2 accounts were openned at the same adresse , i would never recieve my winnings.
The problem is that you can open 100 accounts if you want, but if you cash out be assured that they will find any excused not to pay, even when it is their fault.
