The site is good, promotions are great and everything and they pay fast no problem. The thing here tho that lower greatly my rating is that their minimum cash out is 100e. That means everytime they offer you to deposit 20e you have to understand you’ll need a solid miracle if you want to cash out. Also they give lots of free spins very often with their deposit bonuses but again you hit the same 100e minimum cashout wall which makes it extremely difficult if not nearly impossible to ever collect anything from them. updating my review after spending more time and money between Playamo and Bitstarz and I have to say that in my experience while they look very similar the difference between them is night and day.

I made the “mistake” of making a small deposit at Playamo first to test the waters, which I was told disqualified me from the welcome package, the first support agent did offer me a match bonus on my next deposit and tossed me some free spins though so I carried on undeterred. Omg, I have just been through hell. Seriously, words cannot even describe the experience I had with the customer service. I almost don’t believe it happened.
